What Life is all About

A young mom in my mom's ward was having a rough day once and told my mom that, "life is just all about poop and pee." And, we have laughed about that ever since. And, if you are a young mom like me, you know exactly what this lady was saying. Every day in our house there seems to be issues with poop and pee (I don't mind if you stop reading now because you are grossed out). I just cleaned up a peepee mess on Avery's carpet. She was trying underpants yet again. She wants to be a big girl, but she likes to choose when and where and how. And, usually it does not include peeing in the toilet. Just a couple of hours before that, I was cleaning up poop from the carpet because she decided to take her poopy diaper off herself. Poop everywhere. Zack pees in the toilet, kind of- does peeing around the toilet, or on the toilet seat count? I'm sick of cleaning that up, too. Maycee, for the life of her, cannot remember to flush the toilet. When will it ever end? I do have to say, though, I don't have to deal with dog poop or pee anymore. Hallelujah! That would put me over the edge. Although I love the stages that my kids are in right now, my stage of life is all about poop and pee.

Oh I Know what you mean. Try having 4...I mean 5 boys peeing all over the place. You would think with the equipment they have, that they would be able to aim a little better than they do but apparently they malfunction in the morning and have a mind of their own. Is that suppose to be some sort of joke? I'm sure everytime some guy (or boy) misses there are several people laughing in Heaven because that trick worked! lol Braxton is STILL wearing diapers (he'll be 3 on the 17th) because everytime I put underwear on him he just goes where ever he wants. So I am waiting. I have enough pee around the toilet to clean up, I don't want it all over the house too! GEES! I'm feeling your pain.

I am still laughing after reading this post because it is so true!! However...thankfully I have a husband who can aim...maybe he can help Ryker out a little at night when it ends up on the floor :)

Funny story, Otto learned how to take his diaper off the other day. The count down is on.

Boy do I totally understand!! I am constantally flushing toilets, cleaning pee off of them and the floor too.

I finally told the kids that every time I have to flush a toilet, they will immediately clean that toilet and the rest of them. I don't care who it was - they will all clean a toilet. It has help a ton!! Good luck :)

This cracks me up! Isaac has just stop calling "I'm done!" at the top of his lungs and he just turned 5! Eric, who just turned
2, wants to be pee on the toliet but will only do it at night before his bath ~ otherwise when you ask him if he wants to go pee on the potty he says, "nope" and runs away!

Once Taz peed in the garbage can. He actually had to walk PAST the toilet to get to it. When I asked him why he did it, he said, "Because I did, okay? That's the end of my story." Boys....

some mornings I am knocked out by the stench of both boys having a "pee race" (peeing at the same time). awful. then one or both ALWAYS looks up and misses. sigh.
